A Tribute to Mc Longs!!!

Hmmmmm!! What a life!! Honestly I don't know where to start from. So i may just blab whatever comes to my mind because i have lost a friend, a brother and a professional colleague.

I don't believe that i will be writing about the death of MC Longs on my blog. It is as if someone will hit me and say it is another joke that made us all cry. But alas as the day goes the sad reality that MC Longs had passed on is becoming real and i won’t see him again until the hereafter.

He was so full of life and talent. He was always at his best in his chosen career. Is it Stand up Comedy? Music? Master of ceremony? Acting? Or Broadcasting? He was in a class of his own! Little wonder he was booked for the better part of the year traveling from one state to another and then finally he met his untimely death in the process.

I worked with him from the start of his career as his publicist and manager until recently when i had to pursue other endeavors and believe me we travelled a lot.

 The news of the car crash that claimed his life broke me and much so the sad news of his death.

 If love could stop one from dying, MC Longs would have been alive. The outpour of love while he was in the hospital was simply amazing. The social media was awash with goodwill messages and prayers for divine intervention in his case. But no. On the night he was to be taken to Abuja for further treatment he gave up the fight. 

 What more can we say? He has fought a good fight. He has put on smiles on our faces, peace in our hearts and joy to our souls.

Of course no thanks to our horrible health care system our friend would have made it. SAD SAD SAD

He left behind a wife Scholastica and two lovely boys, Emiel and Eliel and they need us now more than ever before.

Rest in peace MC LONGS The biggest name in Comedy!!!
